Guest Lecture TB4054/TK5060 Oil and Fat Processing Technology

In order to increase knowledge about the oleochemical production process that is often found in daily needs. This encourages students to understand more about job prospects, especially in the field of kemurgy. Therefore, experts and experts with experience in the palm oil industry provide information about palm oil processing from plantations to the application of palm oil derivative products. On Friday, November 26, 2021, Mr. Bakti Wibowo and Mr. Krisna Adi Nugroho who work for PT Wilmar Nabati (WINA) Indonesia shared their experiences in the field of Product Development.

It is hoped that through this lecture, students have more knowledge related to palm oil processing and can contribute to creating future innovations. The dynamics of change continues to roll for the present and the future through the innovation of oleochemical products that can be useful and efficient for consumers. This is how we respond to these changes for the better as technology develops.
