Dr. Aqsha represented Department of Bioenergy Engineering and Chemurgy, ITB as one of the speakers at the 20th Indonesian Scholars International Convention (ISIC) event organized by PPI-UK at the University of Nottingham, England

On July 10, 2021, the Indonesian – Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia – United Kingdom (PPI-UK) successfully held the 20th Indonesian Scholars International Convention (ISIC) which was attended by various researchers, practitioners and guest speakers from various countries. One of the guest speakers at the Energy Chamber session was Dr. Aqsha representing the Department of Bioenergy Engineering and Chemurgy, ITB. In the session, Dr. Aqsha explained the development of research in the field of renewable energy and plant-based products that was intensively carried out at the Institut Teknologi Bandung and Indonesia in general. He also tried to promote the Department of Bioenergy Engineering and Chemurgy which is one of the new programs at ITB Jatinangor Campus which is a research center for biofuels and plant-based products that have entered the pilot stage and commercial scale such as biodiesel.

This event is an annual event that is usually held at a university in the UK and this time it was conducted online and organized by the University of Nottingham with the support of the Indonesian Embassy for the United Kingdom and BNI Bank. This event aims to provide a platform for Indonesian and international scholars to exchange ideas, build networks, and collaborate at personal, academic, and professional levels.
